   1. This Website is provided to you for your personal use. By using the Website you agree to be bound by this Disclaimer.

   2. The information contained on this Website is general information only. The contents of this Website do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied on for that purpose. The information does not substitute phone or face to face to face interaction with Jessamy Boydell, Occupational Therapist from AROT.

   3. This Disclaimer may sometimes be updated by AROT for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Website. Any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given you notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Disclaimer you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Disclaimer.

2. Availability of the Website

   1. It is impossible to promise the AROT Website will always be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Website, you can report it to AROT at info@armsreach-ot.co.uk if you want to. AROT will attempt to correct the fault as soon as is realistically possible. General access to the Website may be occasionally restricted for examples if necessary repairs happen, or the Website is being changed, updated or new information is being added. AROT will always attempt to restore access as soon as is reasonably possible.

3. Liability

   1. The AROT Website may provide links to or content from other internet sites or resources with the aim to signpost clients to areas of interest and relevant information. AROT always makes reasonable effort to ensure that 'outside' material included on the Website is correct, reputable and of high quality. However, AROT does not make guarantees or promises in relation to the content. If AROT is informed of inaccuracies in the material on the Website, AROT will attempt to rectify this by removing it or correcting it as soon as is reasonably possible. 

   2. In no event will AROT be liable to you for any damages, including any direct loss, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, business interruption or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the website. Any rights that you may have as a consumer are not affected.

   3. This clause 4 shall not limit or affect our liability if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.

   2. This Disclaimer will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. All court proceedings must be undertaken within the United Kingdom.

The Website is owned and operated by Arm's Reach Occupational Therapy (AROT). AORT is run by Jessamy Boydell, HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, MSc; MRCOT, (HCPC registration number OT58501). Jessamy Boydell runs AROT as a sole trader and AROT is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference Za 472264. These terms and conditions are effective from February 2020. By continuing to use the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended.
