There is a need for arm and hand rehabilitation in the months and years post-stroke. This is especially true for those who have exhausted NHS therapy options but feel there is still room for improvement. People require education, support, hard work and behavioural change to maximise their recovery potential. AROT provides this support and education by offering personalised assessment and therapy in the familiarity of the client's home environment.
